SKYE HUMPHRIES
Skye was first persuaded to dance Lindy Hop by his mother in 1996, but quickly discovered his own love of social dancing, swing music and the Lindy Hop community.  This led him to a wider interest in dance and he took classes in ballet, modern, and Jazz.  Since 1999 he has taught wherever Lindy Hop is done- from national weekends to international dance camps.  He is a founding member of some the most influential modern Lindy Hop troupes- including Minnie’s Moochers, Mad Dog, and the Silver Shadows.  Skye has also won titles at all of the major Lindy Hop competitions- including ULHS, ILHC, ALHC and the World Lindy Hop Championships.  This involvement with Lindy Hop sparked his wider interest in America’s history and cultural heritage- leading him to pursue American Studies at The George Washington University where he received his master’s degree in 2007.  He currently resides in New York City.

FRIDA SEGERDAHL
Frida Segerdahl started dancing at the tender age of 5. During her teens she was enrolled in the dance program at Sturegymnasiet studying jazz, modern and ballet and much more. Since the age of 9 Frida started competing in Double Bugg and Boogie Woogie and although she was a champion at both, she hungered for more. When she was 15 she attended Herrang Dance Camp and fell in love with Lindy Hop. In no time, she was asked to join the world's foremost jazz dance company, the Rhythm Hot Shots. She has performed and taught at all ends of the world. In addition to her performance skill, many have rated Frida as one of the best social dancers in the world. Besides her amazing skills in Charleston, Lindy Hop and Jazz Dance, Frida now runs the famous Lindy Hop dance camp that she first attended back when she was 15, The Herrang Dance Camp in Sweden.

REMY KOUAKOU KOUAME
Remy Kouakou Kouame is World champion Boogie Woogie 2006, and has an impressive trajectory of achieved prizes. He started dancing very young and discovered the Boogie Woogie through Rock’n Roll. In addition to Boogie Woogie, Remy dances other disciplines such as West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Solo Jazz and Hip Hop, which gives him a lot of versatility when expressing and improvising at the dance. He is a passionate dancer who stands out for having a great gift for playing the swing music.
His dance is characterized by his genuine and elegant style, his natural talent to perform the rhythms as well as his incredible musicality. For Remy the most important thing in swing dancing is how to lead and follow, but also know how to have fun and express yourself instead of wanting to impress. Together with Alice Mei they make an outstanding couple, placed on the top of the best lindy hop international dancers nowadays.

ALICE MEI
Alice Mei started dancing at the very young age of 4 years old and have done numerous types of dances until she fell in love with Lindy Hop. She has now been swing dancing more than 14 years and keep being fascinated by the art of improvisation. Connecting with his partner through rhythm helps she dancing her following and is the most inspiring thing at the moment. She has been spreading the joy of lindy hop and authentic jazz in more than 30 countries through teaching, performing, competing and social dancing. She loves the diversity of movement and the freedom of expression this dance brings to the world. She hopes to keep learning things and keep on inspiring people for as long as possible.

TADAS VASILIAUSKAS
Tadas Vasiliauskas is Lindy Hop and Authentic Jazz dancer based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Tadas has been dancing, competing, actively performing and choreographing for over 10 years.
He is most proud of leading a performance troupe, bringing Lindy Hop on the theater stage and founding Harlem Speaks Easy jazz club in Vilnius. These days he is mostly traveling and teaching in festivals around the world.
Tadas can be frequently found playing jazz trombone too. On the dance floor, you can recognize him for his playful dance style and great energy.

PAMELA GAIZUTYTE
Humorous and dynamic, keen, full of heart and a touch of the anarchic, Pamela was spellbound by Lindy Hop energy and community at the age of sixteen when she started her first classes at Lindyhop.lt Club in Vilnius. Despite her young age Pamela has already brought herself to light constantly learning anything related to dancing, be it music, psychology or anatomy.
In 2009, Pamela began working at Hoppers’ Dance Studio in her hometown of Vilnius, Lithuania. Today she dances and teaches with the top leaders in the international Lindy Hop scene. Having no constant partner has given Pamela space to bring a lot of variety to her dance - no wonder dancers call her one of the most exciting followers in recent years.
As a dancer Pamela cherishes individuality and freedom. For her Lindy Hop is not as much about impeccable technique as it is about musicality and awareness. As a teacher she shares her values and encourages people to find their own way of dancing: “Learn to be ok with the way you are and how your body moves. It’s all about you.” Nietzsche once said “You need chaos in your soul to give birth to a dancing star”.

Maria & Aurélien:
María and Aurélien think about their dance as a space of three-sided dialogue, where collective dynamics combine with individual expression and musical inspiration.
They emphasize rhythmical playfulness, and different ways of interacting with the music and each other. They like to pay attention both to the moments when individuality smoothly fits into the collective flow, and to the moments when tension arises and resolves.
They embrace with curiosity, doubts and joy the responsibility of sharing an artform that was born in the African-American community, in a social and cultural context very different from their own.

Sometimes you are up for a chill conversation, sometimes you want to go deeper. Their classes are a mix of both.

Vassia Panagiotou:
Vassia Panagiotou is a Jazz Dance performer, educator and choreographer focusing on African American Vernacular Jazz and Lindy Hop.

Her love for the Jazz Dances has led her to an ongoing pursuit of delving into the cultural roots of this art form. With an unwavering dedication to research and understanding, she focuses on the legacy of the dancers in Harlem and the tradition of the female performance troupes in night clubs and theaters such as the Cotton Club and the Apollo Theatre (Chorus Lines).

To get a deeper understanding of the culture, she is also practicing tap dance focusing on the musical, improvisational aspect of the art form as it was danced by the hoofers in Harlem.

She is based in Athens, but quite often she travels in Europe to teach and perform. She is a co-founder of Rhythm Hoppers, a leader of the Rhythm Hoppers Chorus Line, the Hot Mallets & the Rhythm Hoppers performers and one of the organizers of the Athens Rhythm Hop Jazz Dance festival.
